What It Is:
Partner Provisions connects nonprofit organizations with recovered, high-quality prepared food and other donated foods—including produce, bread, dairy, and packaged items—ready to serve and safely stored at our warehouse. This program ensures that access to good food is reliable, equitable, and sustainable for our community partners.
How It Works:
Recovered Food, Ready to Share
Haven’s Harvest collects surplus prepared and perishable foods from food donors such as colleges, bakeries, grocery stores, and caterers.
Fair-Share Contribution
Participating partners contribute a nominal logistics fee to help offset the real costs of transportation, storage, and food safety. This is not a sale of food, but a way to sustain the system that makes food recovery possible.
Flexible Access
Partners may pick up food at the warehouse or request coordinated deliveries based on availability and need.
Safe and Traceable
All food is handled using standardized food-safety procedures and transparent tracking through our recovery system.
